Well, I’m sure I’m not the only dummy who has written on a dry erase board with permanent marker, so I’m going to share the quick fix I found.

I cleaned my white board this morning only to discover I had written on it months ago with a sharpie.  I used some dry erase board cleaner and scrubbed the begeezus out of it, but couldn’t get the permanent ink off.

I searched Google and quickly found the solution.

Use a dry erase marker to write over the permanent marker.  After the permanent ink is covered, use some spray on dry erase board cleaner, and both the dry erase marker and permanent marker will disappear.

I’m getting ready to start building a social networking site.  I’ve done enough research to know the concept is solid, but I’m pretty much a social networking moron.  I want to have a large group of followers before I actually launch the site, so I’m doing some research to kind of get the lay of the land.  I found this video by Perry Belcher that gives a good overview of what social networking is in relation to marketing.  He lays it out so even a big dummy like me understands.
